PPR Cruz/Welker or Fitz/BMarshal WHIR

Who will be better in the end, especially later

I see welker as a sell high right now, before AHern got hurt Pats didn't use 3 wide sets as much. Welker ONLY comes in during 3 or more wide sets...when AHern comes back they will have less 3 wide sets. Also I have been hearing rumors of trading Welker
Bmarsh as buy low...lots of targets, cutler is stinking it up right now...This situation is really what I want updated on
Fitz kind of buy low, even though he blew up...Is kolb gonna be ok for fitz? Idk what u think?
Cruz is the only consistent ppr beast right now IMO
