Another Bilal Powell waiver thread

Powell seems to be the flavor of the week and I can see the upside. My team in 12 team league is this:

QB: Romo, Flacco
RB: C Johnson, Ridley, Leshoure, Ja Rodgers, B Tate, K Hunter
WR: Ca Johnson, AJ Green, Austin, Britt, Blackmon

League format is 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 flex 1 te 1 d 1 k, .25ppr.

Questions are:

-drop Rodgers/Hunter for Powell? Waiver priority is 6/12 so decent chance to get.
-trade an asset for another solid rb? I am happy with how Leshoure is turning out, but it looks like Ridley will be matchup-dependent and Johnson will be Johnson. I am open to trade any WR except Johnson and any RB except Johnson or Leshoure.
