V Jackson, Colston, Decker,Martin...need help

I need to start 1 WR and a FLEX out of Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston, Eric Decker and Doug Martin, I'm not sure who to play considering they all have fairly favorable matchups...HELP

My Lineup (10 team ESPN Standard Scoring)
QB- T Brady
RB- J Charles
RB- D Martin
RB/WR- E Decker
WR- A Green
WR- V Jackson
TE- R Gronkowski
D/ST- Cardinals
K- J Hanson

BENCH
WR Marques Colston
WR Donnie Avery
RB Ryan Williams
RB Ryan Mathews
TE Dennis Pitta
D/ST Seahawks
RB Alfred Morris

If this is a PPR league, I would go with V-Jax and Decker. If it is not PPR, I would go with V-Jax and Martin. (I'm not sure if ESPN leagues are PPR or not, never played in one)

I think standard means non ppr, but I could be wrong. I think Martin in the flex and then I think its a coin flip between Decker and VJax for the WR spot. I would lean towards Decker, the Raiders secondary is a mess right now.
