Trade for Cam Newton give Williams/Smith

I am in a 12 team non-ppr and have Rivers as my QB, I have been offered Cam Newton/D.Moore for Ryan Williams and Torrey Smith. I have McFadden/Martin/Bradshaw-Brown as my other running backs and stacked at WR with Calvin and Julio. Would you make this trade?
