[PPR] MAJOR trade help needed by todays end

We have been hammering out a trade for the last 3 days. I am in a league where only 2 RBs can be started, and not at flex. 3 WRs can be started. Here is a picture of both of our teams:

I have WAY too many good RBs.

I have two trades on the table, these are the max that I have drawn from him:

Amendola + Torrey Smith for Jamaal Charles
Wayyne + Steven Jackson + Torrey Smith for Ray Rice.

Do either of these trades make sense for me?
