WR2 / Flex help. WHIR 100%

Need some help this week. I currently have:

RB1: Rice
RB2: Doug Martin
WR1: AJ Green

I need some help with my WR2 & Flex and can choose between:

Trent Richardson (plays tonight @ BAL)
Vincent Jackson (vs. WAS)
Demaryius Thomas (vs OAK)
standard scoring NON-PPR

Typically my flex would be the RB, but both VJax & Thomas have SWEET match-ups, so I'm torn.

please rank these 3 for me.

Baltimore hasn't actually been a defensive stud this year. Green-Ellis had 91 yards and a score, McCoy had 81 yards and a score (and vick had 34 yards and a rushing TD), and they gave up two rushing TDs to the pats. Their passing defense is actually 28th out of 32 from a yards perspective. I like DT vs. Oakland second best. I guess even with the best of matchups I've seen VJax score under 5 points (Carolina 47 yards, 0 TD). But of those three, I'd stick with Trent.

as said, baltimore hasnt been great against the rush, but the browns will be playing from far behind... I would go with thomas vs oakland personally

I'd go with your RB and Demaryius Thomas. Maybe I am a sucker but I like to play guys on Thu so I know if i need to take some chances down the line. Trent will probably get a decent score though. Baltimore is in the middle of pack in terms for run def this year. The broncos are facing oakland. Peyton will get to throw without a ton of pressure and it's only going to one of two guys for most part.

Just to clarify my answer, DT in WR2 and Trent in flex is what I think.
