1) M Bush (assuming he's fine to play)
2) Brown
3) Thomas
4) Jackson
5) Williams

with the increasing reports that Bush's shoulder is banged up I'd say that Brown is the safer play at this point.

Bush admits to minor shoulder issue: The Chicago Tribune reports Bears running back Michael Bush finally admitted Thursday to banging up his shoulder Week 3 against the Rams, but he said he is going to be fine. He practiced Wednesday and wasn't on the injury report.

Fantasy Analysis
The Bears were very secretive about Bush's status ever since the game against the Rams ended, but apparently it was because his injury was a non-issue. The bigger issue remains whether or not Matt Forte (ankle) will return Week 4 at Dallas. Even if Forte is back, we expect Bush to play a big role on offense. He is still a viable low-end starter in deep formats Week 4. If that changes, then we will let you know.
