It was just reported that Hakeem Nicks is doubtful for the game on Sunday. With that being known, Barden will get the start for NY. Should I start him over Moore???

I would go with Moore, he has a great match-up. Barden may behind Nixon right now, so he is not guaranteed to get targets.
