What do you think of this trade?

Also, I realize I don't need a platoon of QBs. I really thought Cutler was gonna step it up this year with Marshall playing for CHI now, but he's been disappointing so far. I snagged Palmer and Fitz while I try to figure out what I'm gonna do there and so far Fitz is looking good. I picked up Shaun Hill in case Stafford was out and I intend to drop him. It's a 14 team league so there's not much on waivers to replace him with.
