Should I play Ben Tate vs Tennessee or Ramses Barden against Philly?!!

Hakeem Nicks is out so Barden getting the number 2 slot again.. Even with that consideration I should go with Tate?

There is news that Barden may have fallen behind Hixon. If that is the case he may not see a lot of touches even with Nicks out.
