Start Malcolm Floyd?

I'm wondering if I shouldd start Floyd this week. I started Torrey Smith last night, I will likely start Jordy nelson, so I have one other spot to go to Floyd, Brandon Lafell, Kenny Britt, or Cecil Shorts.

I would go with Floyd, he should see around 10 targets this week.
