Trading RG3? What would you expect back for him? WHIR

I have Brees and I feel like I'm wasting RG3 on the bench. I'm trying to trade him for a really good WR. I just don't know what kind of value I would get back.

RG3 is posting elite fantasy QB #'s right now. I should be able to get an elite WR back for him at the very least right?

Maybe I should wait to trade him? Wait til another team loses their starting QB to a major injury and then I would get better value back?
