Sjax or Ryan Williams?

Out of my no.3 RB's (currently Sjax, Ryan Williams), who should I throw in as a flex option? Non ppr, and this is given Jackson plays cause if not that makes my decision a lot easier.

Despite the tough matchup I'd go with Ryan Williams over SJax because even if SJax plays, there is no guarantee he is able to carry a full load health-wise.
