Roster, VS, and Sit/Start advice. CBS standard scoring

Standard scoring CBS format, 8 person league. I would appreciate any advice and the reasoning behind it. Also does anybody know where I can find out what types of coverage my opponent's Defense running. i.e Cover 2,3 .. blitz heavy...etc... other notes...Choice is on the waiver wire along with the Packer's D and Atlanta's D.
