tough call here.......Tate is playing a Titans D who lacks the Rush Defense but his role in getting touches is iffy and Stewart is playing ATL that is on point right now. Tate's coach has confidence in him so that may be better news than Stewart's role. I'd go with Tate, he has a better chance of getting touches than Stewart.
