Leshoure is still listed at Questionable and Jackson is expected to play but who knows how much. Maclin is expected to play as well but is also coming off injury and Amendola is another option, but playing against Seattle D....

I think this depends on if it is a PPR league or not. I'd roll with Leshore in a standard and Amendola in a PPR. I don't trust Vick and the Eagles O-line vs the Giants to have a big game thus hurting Maclin. Jackson is a play only if you are down on options as I think they'll spell him with Choice a fair amount. Leshoure will play and should get a heavy dose to take pressure off Stafford and the Vikings pass rush. Amendola is just a PPR machine and Bradford looks for him a lot.
