I was wondering what everyone thought was the best website for managing fantasy football. We currently use CBS sportsline, but I am not sure this is the best. We are looking for a relatively cheap one, with up-to-date news, and extensive statistics. Any ideas or suggestions will help

I used Yahoo this year and had no problems. I don't like the fact that Yahoo is so anonymous but I did not have any problems with there service. I also thought the league I am in has a lot of sell-outs who quit. I want to play in a more competitive league even if I lose. What does everyone else dislike about Yahoo.

I also wonder what some people here have against Yahoo fantasy sports. I have been playing both Fantasy Football and Baseball on Yahoo for 4 years and have never had a problem with it. And hell..the best part is.....it is free.

I am also playing in a pay league at Fanball...and too be honest...I don't think their is a hell of alot of difference. You still have the same players to choose from and the results are the same weather or not your playing in Yahoo for free or playing at Fanball where I have too pay for the same results.

Why would someone pay too be in leagues every year?

The reason why is such things as keeper leagues, more customizable features, etc

I moved our 16 team league form yahoo to Fanball due to teh fact that it was silly to draft guys every year. We now have a dynasty league which requires more year-round research and expertise.

Yahoo is for people who like fantasy football to be more fantasy like. I mean I hate dthe fact that every time I won a title i had to give the players back the next year.

Yahoo has their niche though...people who like football and are fantasy beginners who dont want to pay.

Our fanball league was only $50 and split 16 ways...well youd o themath.

I haven't really had a problem with yahoo at all. Also, you can do keeper/dynasty lgs with them, you just have to be creative about it. Create a Groups Page with Yahoo and store team rosters there. Its a great way to communicate through the offseason. Or you could always do it like the old days and <gasp> have your commish write things down. I wouldn't say Yahoo is for the beginners. For people who don't feel the need to pay to play, sure....but not for beginners.
