N. Washington or R. Meachem? WHIR!

I need to fill in my 3rd receiver slot since Antonio brown is on bye. Normally id go with Nate, but Houston has a hell of a defense. Which should I start?

I also have my flex open. I can fill it with whomever I didnt start at receiver or j. Rodgers (im already starting Turner though). Who should I fill for flex? Suggestions appreciated, and as always leave a link!
