Please Help With RB!

For once I've got a good dilemma at RB. I need to start 2 or maybe three counting Flex. F.Jackson vs NE, J Stewart vs ATL , B Tate vs Tenn, R.Hillman vs Oak(sleeper), and M.Lynch vs St.Louie. WHIR!

M. Lynch is a lock as he should see over 20 touches. I would go with FJax due to his upside although he is a risk.
