RB Help Please! In bad shape *WHIR*!!

Please, I'm fairly new to fantasy and I'm in a really bad spot with my RB's right now.
I need to pick a 3rd RB to start and my choices are tough.
This is a 16 team PPR league

These are my options more or less in order of how viable they might be:
Daniel Thomas Vs Ari (Bush Active)
D Richardson Vs Sea (Jackson Active)
Woodhead Vs Buff
K Smith Vs Min
Toby Gerhart vs Det

I know that this is a really bad situation and probably won't do very well regardless. But I'm looking to those of you more experienced than me to please give me some advice of who would be the best start of this group.
I was hoping Jackson would be out (which he is not) and go with Richardson. My backup was Thomas as I feel he has the best chance to get touches and steal a TD. Also this is a PPR league, can Woodhead have another game like last week?

I also need to drop a player, so if you think any of these players have little to no value and is safe to drop, please mention.
