Trading for Fitzgerald

Im looking to add another #1 WR and think the only possible team that would consider the trade would be Larry Fitzgerald's owner. I am thinking about giving 2 for 1so I can free up a roster spot because I will need to pick up a TE for week 6 when Graham has a bye and will then need to pick up a QB the next week after that. I was thinking about giving McGahee and Antonio Brown for Fitz. Good idea or no?

I would do this deal. You are crazy deep at runningback and McGahee will not be starting for you anytime soon. Fitz makes your starting roster better.

Now Im thinking maybe trade Brandon Lloyd instead of Antonio Brown. I think Brown may be more consistent this year than Lloyd. With all the Patriot's weapons I think Lloyd will have more games where he wont get as many opportunities. Brown on the other hand is the #2 guy behind Wallace who draws the most coverage and the Steelers have no run game so they will be passing a lot. What do you guys think? Should I offer McGahee and Brown for Fitz or McGahee and Lloyd for Fitz?

Yes that is good trade for you. You dont need McGahee and you would be set at WR every week with Fitz and Jones. You would still have Lloyd to fill in on bye weeks.

I couldn't pull the trigger on this trade last week but I am now considering it again. Im just not sure if Fitz is the right WR I should be shooting for. I think he's great but his QB and the Cardinals offense is horrible. I'm worried defenses will just focus on shutting down Fitz because they know there is nobody else on the Cardinals offense that can beat them. Should I shoot for Andre Johnson? His owner may give him up after a few poor performances. Or maybe Nicks or Jennings and hope they return soon? Those are really the only teams that need a RB.

I am not bog on Fitz!! Love him as a player but hate him on Arizona....He is to inconsistent on that team. If he was on a better team with a QB, he would be top 3 receiver year in and year out...Go after Megatron or even try to trade McGahee for a Victor Cruz or something. But if you can get Fitz for that, than that is great. But to me Fitz is a headache.

I've already tried for Harvin. Got shot down. Cruz's owner is the Fitz owner but wouldnt do Cruz. Harvin's owner said he would only give Harvin for Matthews or Gore but I dont want to do that, do I?

Even in a non PPR league if you can get Harvin for Gore I would take that deal.

You would have Harvin/Julio/Brown as a nice WR1/WR2/Flex every week no thought process needed. You have 2 solid RB's in Foster/Mathews, and a nice fill in of MacGahee when you need for bye weeks.
