is this a good trade for me? i am kind of new to fantasy football and so i just need some advice on whether to accept or decline this trade offer

That is not a good trade. Austin is a top 15 WR and Bennett looks like he has a chance to put up top 10 TE numbers. Ogletree is behind Dez, Austin, and Witten so I do not expect him to put top 30 numbers this season. Gates is a good piece to have, but Pitta and Bennett is a good combination.
