Break up the team? - WHIR

Thanks to Witten, my Monday night lead was blown at the end of the game. My team is now 1-3 with 9 games to go. The commissioner has changed league settings this year to allow for trading draft picks. Although I'm against this option, if it's there, I'm going to exploit it. So, should I start a fire sale and anger the rest of the league or do you think this team still has a chance of making the playoffs?

If Fitz and Morris can keep this up, and McFadden comes around a little bit, I think I've got a pretty good team. But, it's a money league, I could really stock up and make a run for next year. Also, I have #2 waiver priority.

It's still early and I would definitely wait a few more weeks before a fire sale. Trading draft picks is crazy because the rich can get richer quick by mortgaging the future. But I agree you should exploit that option if it's there. But that option will be there even more so when teams are positioning for the playoffs. Wait a bit.
