Desperately seeking roster advice

Hey guys,

I'm in a league I've won a few times, but this season I've fallen on hard times, 1-3.

Here's my roster, please let me know what you think I should do. Because of my "reputation for winning," many other teams refuse to trade with me, making it hard to re-arrange my roster.

QB: Philip Rivers
RB: LeSean McCoy, Doug Martin, Ryan Mathews, Ryan Williams
WR: Eric Decker, Marques Colston, Vincent Jackson, D. Hixon
TE: Dennis Pitta, Jason Witten, Kyle Rudolph
K: Garrett Hartley
D: Seattle

Matt Schaub is on waivers, Kevin Kolb is a FA. All other decent QBs are being hoarded. Ive also considered stashing Bilal Powell, David Wilson, Justin Blackmon, or Peyton Hillis.

this week keep rivers playing against the saints, obviously mccoy and matthews should have a great game against the saints
decker and colston i would start too both great plays and same goes with rudolph. I wouldnt start seattle this week i would try to pickup a sleeper def, arizona or minnesota maybe.

Remember were only 4 games in you could turn this around easily so i wouldnt dump your team just yet. vincent jackson just came off a decent game try to deal him along with witten who also came off a good game. Then try to pick up andy dalton or ponder and play the matchups.
