As my starting RBs, I have: Jamaal Charles vs. Baltimore and Benjarvus Green-Ellis vs. Miami.
However, for my two WRs and FLEX spot, I have to choose three of the following four:
Larry Fitzgerald @ St. Louis Danny Amendola vs. Arizona Brian Hartline @ Cincinnati Darren Sproles vs. San Diego (I know Sproles isn't 'technically' a receiver, but I can play him in my Flex).
St. Louis is giving up 16.2 pts per game to WR's so far this season. Arizona has a great run defense but are giving up 23.6 pts to WR's. Cincinnati 19.4. SanDiego is giving up 17.6 pts to RB's. If I were to just look at the numbers I would say sit Fitzgerald.
you gotta sit Hartline. Let him prove himself before you give him a starting spot. He's definitely not getting close to 31 points this week so dont get too excited about him.

Who do I bench?
I'd bench Amendola, think AZ does there best to take him away from Sam

this is a tough one but im definitely goin on fitz and sproles. As for hartline and amendola im gonna go ahartline just cuz i think that game will be more of a shootout playin the bengals D
Green ellis is going to be rough against miami... but anyways:
Bench Hartline imho. I thought amendola was going to be shut down against SEA who also sport a solid Defense all around and he wound up putting up decent (double digit) numbers, I think he might see 10 or so points, if ANYONE is getting in the endzone vs ARI its probably him. Fitz is still always a solid choice and NO always puts up decent numbers, just roll the dice and hope they choose sproles....
