Week 5 flex help

I'm in a 12 team league (non-PPR). I need to pick a flex player and would like some help. Here are my options.

Michael Bush (@ Jac)
Kyle Rudoplh (vs Ten)
C.J. Spiller (@ SF)
Pierre Thomas (vs SD)

I would say P.Thomas but he is so hit or miss....

Out of those options, I actually like Rudolph better then the rest. Tennessee has given up the most points to the TE this year so far. Spiller has a horrible match up and we dont know how the carries will be distributed. Bush is nothing more then a goalline vultrure, and after Forte said something about not getting goalline work, he got some goalline work.. so Bush's value might have gone down a little. any of the Saints RBs are hard to recommend, but I think PT is the best of the three backs there. Thing with Saints RB's is they dont run much..
