Ryan Williams or Hartline?

Both Williams and Hartline have favorable matchups this week. Williams was horrible last week, but it was against Miami's awesome run defense. This week, Hartline has Cincy and Williams has St. Louis. Who is the better start at flex for standard scoring?

I have WIlliams as well and keep on waiting for him to bust one open. If you want the safe bet Hartline has some mojo with Tannihill. If you think you might lose then Williams must bust it open for you.

I pretty much agree with this, if you feel like you just want safe points, go Hartline. I think both have break out potential with the matchups they have, but Williams I think also carries more bust potential.. That being said, I'm starting him in one of my leagues (I dont have another option though), and you can't really base anything off his last week performance. Miami's run defense is pretty stingy and they were behind and passing a lot. I think the Rams give up really good rushing numbers this year and I think the Cards do want to be a more balanced offense.

What about Steve Smith against the Seahawks? Is he worth starting over Hartline?
