I would go with Jackson and Benson, and I don't think it is very close in either case.
Benson has been a pretty consistent player all year and has a good matchup against Indy. Bradshaw I like, but I would wait and see on him, he looked rusty last week.
Jackson is kind of an up and down player, but most WRs are, and he was money 2 out of the last 3 weeks. James Jones did find the end zone twice last week, but he was not worth much in the previous two weeks, and he is not seeing as many targets as Jackson.

I imagine Jones will get more looks with Jennings out, but there are still a lot of other guys on Green Bay's offense. Jory Nelson and Jeremichael Finley figure in heavily here, and I believe Randall Cobb is still in the mix.
With Philly, Jackson is pretty clearly the #1 target right now.
I usually look to the guy most likely to get targets, and in my opinion that guy is Jackson. The matchup is important to consider of course, but not nearly as important as the number of targets. That's my two cents, but this is a guessing game to some extent. Sometimes it pays to go with your gut, if you disagree you could role the dice on Jones, I don't think it would be a bad play to start him, I just have Jackson higher.
I just think Jackson is the safer play (and a quick look at the ranking show the "experts" agree, if that matters).
