FLEX HELP!!!!! GOT A 1 vs 2 matchup this week

OK I need 2 RBS 2 WRs and a Flex

RBs-

Charles- Starting
Turner
Johnson
Maghee- Leaning towards
Mendenhall- Prob Gonna Give it a Week

WR-

Welker- Starting
Wayne-
Decker
Colston-


I'm really debating between starting Wayne or Decker at my WR2, But i'm having a tough time deciding who to but at Flex.

Charles & Turner. Michael Turner rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns in the last meeting with the Redskins. This year, their defense has not improved much at all. McGahee is a good Flex to me.

WR - I like Welker & Colson. Colston has been getting a lot more looks lately, and plus Brees behind center. I do like Wayne.... but Luck is a rookie, he is bound to make mistakes.

This is a tough decision though, there is no huge downside to each player you named.
