As the title suggests, due to bye-week stuff, I need to start either Maclin @Pit or Garcon v Atl. Non-PPR league.
Maclin only got 3 targets last week. Garcon is coming off a foot injury but was a full participant in practice.

Garcon for sure. Maclin is non-existant in the passing game, I don't know whats going on here! Garcon when healthy is the top guy there!
