Running Back help, tough week!! Jackson or Williams? WHIR!!

I have Fred Jackson at San Francisco or Deangelo Williams Vs. Seattle. Both have tough ass matchups this week. Jackson also coming off an injury and Williams sharing caries with Newton, Tolbert and Stewart (if he plays). I really don't know who to go with here. Jackson is "projected" to get 13 and Williams 11.

I also have Andre Brown against Cleveland and Jacquizz Rodgers at Washington on my bench, but don't really feel very confident with either of those two. Not much available on the waiver wire except for potentially Kendall Hunter, but my running back 1 is Frank Gore, and I really don't like to start 2 backs from the same team.

So what ya guys think? I'm kind of leaning towards Williams, mainly because he is at least healthy. Thanks for the help guys, and WHIR!

Williams because the Seahawks D isnt as good as the 49ers and the panthers run a lot of screens.

I would go with F Jax. Carolina is RBBC and I won't touch that. FJax if healthy will outperform even with a tougher match up.

Both have tough matchups, but Fred Jackson is probably the better option. Like the others said, Carolina is RBBC with Newton in the mix as well. Also, CJ Spiller is coming off an injury as well, and the analysis so far says Jackson looks like he's the better of the two right now. Go Fred Jackson
