Trade help needed - Matthews + Colston for Bradshaw

I've been offered Colston and Matthews for Bradshaw. Should I accept it. I'm concerned about matthews injuries and the fact that battle is listed no1 on the depth chart now. What do you think.

My other Rb's are R Bush,M Leshoure, D Thomas, A Brown
My other Wr's are C Johnson, B Marshall, P Garcon, J Jones
Standard scoring starting 2 rb's and 3 wr

Battle being no.1 is only until Matthews gets his strides back... he'll take the no.1 spot again. I like this trade... you'd be upgrading your RBs and your WR3 spot
