Which defense would you start this week?

Steelers (home) vs Eagles (Vick can't stay upright and but there's always a chance to score)
Seahawks (away) vs Carolina (not much going Carolina's way and plenty of chances for turnovers)

DEF TD= 7pts
safety= 2pts
blk kick= 2 pts

negative= 10pts, 0-100= 7pts, 100-199= 5pts, 200-299= 3 pts, 300-399= 2, 400-499= 1pt, 500+= -3 pts
Return yards
1 pt for every 50 return yards (2pt bonus @ 100yds), 7 points for return TDs
