Help with trade for #2 or #3 WR

Postby Txbred » Fri Oct 05, 2012 1:23 pm

Just traded my #3 wr (d jackson) to upgrade at RB. Need a little help with trade idea for #2 or #3 wr. Was thinking about dez, a brown, s smith, lloyd, etc... Its 10 team standard scoring.

Qb- m ryan, a smith
Wr- green, d thomas, james jones, boldin, m williams
Rb- rice, mcgahee, sproles, j rodgers
Te- v davis
K- akers
Dst- baltimore

Jones is ok now but im sure jennings wont be out for to long

Is that Anquan Boldin that you gloss over like an afterthought?? If so then he is plenty servicable for a WR3 considering you also have 3 starting caliber RBs. Boldin can be a nice spot play based on matchup or when guys are on bye weeks so i wouldnt do anything if i were you.

Yes it is him, I like him as a spot start to. My issue is james jones, when jennings comes back jones isnt gonna do much for me. Almost thinking about trade for nicks but feels a little risky

My point is that you have AJ Green, Thomas and Boldin at your WR so you already have a WR2 and a WR3. You have the perfect dynamic where you have a great RB1 and WR2, above average RB2 and WR2 and above average RB3 and WR3. Forget about Jones, even without him your team is perfectly fine as it is.

I will say you dont have much depth behind those guys but you are far from having to make a move.
