My Julio Jones for his Ridley?

I've been offered Ridley for Julio Jones. I'm desperate for a decent RB2. Williams tanked last night, Bush's value declines w/ Forte back, and Powell has some upside but I need help now. Trades are extremely rare in my league so I've been left w/ VERY slim pickings on the ww. I don't think any other owner would get rid of a decent RB at this point and no one else needs a high value WR. Although I realize Jones is top-tier, he's burned me twice already.

12-team nonPPR, start QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE

QB - Vick, Luck
RB - Rice, RWilliams, MBush, BPowell
WR - Jones, TSmith, MFloyd, Britt
TE - Gates, Bennett

Him:
QB - Manning, Bradford
RB - McCoy, Ridley, Morris
WR - Hixon, Roberts, SteveJohnson, Jeffery, Barden
TE - Graham

His need for a WR is much higher than your need for a RB, use that as leverage. I wouldnt trade Julio while his value is so low but if i did it would be more like:

Julio and Bush for Ridley and Morris.

big no. Julio can get a top tier RB.

Thanks for the responses. I knew I'd be selling low but it's obvious it's tilted too much out of my favor to consider.
