I have been offered Ben Jarvis GreenEllis for Brandon Marshall. I am currently in 6th with 415pts scored this season, no PPR basic scoring settings Here is my team.

No way I do this trade! Marshall is a top 8 WR in my eyes, whereas Green-Ellis hasn't really been lighting the world on fire this year. Hold on to Marshall, especially since you'd be taking him out of your starting lineup and getting Green-Ellis who wouldn't even make your starting rotation.
