Nelson easily. Jennings is out again so he will see more balls thrown his way against a miserable defense. Bush should be coming back this week so Hartline's value goes down slightly, though he should put up decent numbers I'll pick Nelson 9 times out of 10.

Nelson is the first receiver for the Packers with Jennings out. Nelson has Rodgers throwing to him so definitely Nelson
