I'd roll with Ridley as he faces a so so run D in a likely high-scoring game. They may get ahead early and continue to pound the rock in the 2nd half against Denver.
Spiller is still banged up, sharing time with Jackson, and faces the best D in the league.
Mende is coming of an injury and we don't know how much work he'll get and frankly how good of football shape he's in.

Ridely, I think the Patriots are going to try to keep the ball out of Mannings hands so you can look for Ridely and Boldin get a lot of carries.
