WR3: A. Brown or Hixon?!? WHIR

So do I start Hixon vs CLE over Antonio Brown vs. PHI? Hixon should be the #2 on the NYG behind Cruz, while Brown is #2 behind Wallace. According to ESPN's Points Against, CLE is the third best to go against for WRs, and PHI is about middle of the pack (15th).

I'd go with Hixon as the Giants will be slanging it against CLE's terrible secondary. I would expect he'll lose some targets to Bartell but 80 yards and a TD aren't out of the question. I'm down on Brown a bit as Sanders and Wallace are big time WRs with the same or better skills IMO.

Go DHix...Hixon has always had upside but just can't catch a break as far as injuries go. As he showed last week vs a solid Eagles def, Hixon should come up big. I am starting him as I have him as my Nicks "handcuff." Hixon could be as under the radar as anyone. Brown might not get as many targets as Hixon will with the return of Mendy and with Wallace, Miller, and Sanders in the mix as well.
