Trade help, really need it

I am in a 16 team per dynasty that is a $250 salary where salaries for a player increase every five years. I got offered Vick ($40) for my mendenhall ($16). Should I do it? Vick would be $45 if I wanted to keep him next year. Here's my team prior.

I would stick with Mendy. $16 for a solid RB2 in a 16 team league is great value. Vick has too much injury risk to spend $40 of the salary on him.

You could use an upgrade at QB and Vick would be nice to pair up with Foles but like the poster above said Vick's price tag is too high for an often-injured 30+ QB. Mendy should recover and you could use the RB depth in a 16-team league. I would stick with Mendy as well.
