I'd say cutler just cause of the matchups

I would go Luck, since he will have to throw. Cutler may not have to throw much and it will be Forte and Bush all day.

I'm a huge Packers fan, and I would start Luck today. Secondary is suspect, and he is gonna have to throw a lot. With Cutler you never know what you're gonna get.
