Should I start Gronk in the TE/WR Position?

If Gronkowski is playing, should I start him today against Denver? My only other option for this TE/WR spot is Jerome Simpson (MN). My opponent is a pretty even match up this week (now that my Arizona D failed miserably), so I need every edge I can get.
