Giants or Steeler Def. who to start? Need quick help!!!

Who should I start the giants or steelers def this week? The steelers now have Harrison and Troy playing and they are at home, but play the eagles. The giants play the browns at home. Any help is appreciated

Giants, they have more upside this week against a rookie QB.
