My Trade about to be vetoed?

Postby reign1 » Sun Oct 07, 2012 10:07 am

My Trent Richardson and Tony Romo for his Aaron rodgers and steven Jackson.

He has rg3 and thin at Rb.

Commish sent a text to everyone in league asking who wants to veto it.

No trade should ever be vetoed unless it is clear collusion.

And I would be pissed at the commissioner for asking people that question. Doesn't seem right to me. He probably hates that your team is getting better.

I see no reason for that trade to be vetoed. Questioned - yes, because I feel you are giving up more in the long run. I know Romo will rebound but acquiring Rodgers would be an upgrade. And I like Richardson over Jackson because of the injured status of Jackson himself. But no way I see a reason to veto.

Understand. Now looking at your entire roster you have decent RB depth (unfortunately a few underachieving to date) so can see your reasoning behind the trade as it stands. Not sure why the Commish would send out a league-wide email asking others if this trade is worth a veto. Sounds like a personal vendetta towards you. Which isn't right by no means.
