Should I take this trade?

I was offered Malcolm Floyd straight up for Michael Vick. I already have RG3, plus my WR depth is pretty awful but aren't I giving up to much here? If so, help me come up with a decent counter offer.

My post involves Vick as well, who's been a complete nightmare for me this year. As a fellow Vick owner, I'm thinking cut him loose regardless of who you get in return, haha!
