Welker a sell high?

Is welker a sell high right now, before hernandez comes back, or has he played well enough that the pats have to keep giving him targets even with hernandez healthy

He clearly has picked up big time since hernandez went down,

I am thinking he is a keeper rather than a sell, but looking for opinions.
