Accept trade?lynch/gronk/nicks for mathews/wayne/colstonwhir

Ive been offered this trade this week and cant decide. The scenario is this-team offering me is 1-4 and in last place. I have been high score the last 2 weeks and risen to 3rd. thanks to Colston, Wayne and Mathews returning.

qb:A.Rodgers
rb:MJD
rb:Mathews
wr/te:Colston
wr/te:Wayne
wr/te: A.Brown
(we can start te or wr in the wr/te spots)
bench: Dez Bryant, Deshawn jackson, Tate, Leshoure, Witten,

Should i sell high on Colston, Wayne, and Mathews? Colston and Wayne just had the best games of their careers, but look to have solid chemistry with their QBs. And Mathews looks like he's back strong from the injury and is playing better with some competition.

for: marshawn Lynch, Gronkowski, and Nicks? Buying low on Gronk and Nicks, but they're both fighting injuries. I dont know if i need that headache. And i never liked Lynch much even though he puts up good numbers.

side note: its a 1 year keeper league where we keep 2 players in the round they were drafted last year. So from my team Colston could be a 3, Wayne a 5th, and mathews cant be kept. Lynch and Gronk cant be kept and Nicks would have to be a 2nd.

I like the fact you can keep Colston for a 3rd rd pick next year over Nicks for a 2nd rd pick. If Nicks could stay healthy for a full season I could see you pulling the trigger but Colston as a keeper for next season is well worth you staying away from this trade with the players involved as is.
