R Matthews for D Brown??

Keeper league. Was offered Ryan Matthews for Donald Brown. At the beginning of the season I would've jumped on it but now with the emergence of Andrew Luck I'm hesitant to pull the trigger without advice.

Thanks for the input. There was a swap of picks involved as well but nothing drastic. It actually looks like he's an Indy fan. Lucky me I guess.
