Currently I have the Buffalo and ARZ defenses, though I'm hesitant to start either. None of the "best" defenses are available, so I'm wondering who you guys think might be worth starting based on matchups. Philly, Detroit, St Louis, Miami, Dallas? Someone else?
I'd start Arizona. They have a good defense in real life, their front seven is nasty. They also have a good defense in fantasy football (ranked third in my league).
Defense is a tricky play based on matchups and other things, but I would ride with Arizona here. I do not think Buffalo is such a good offense that you should worry. They have been turning the ball over and giving up sacks, which is really what you are looking for.

Yeah, being a Buffalo fan in Buffalo I guess I want to convince myself we are better than we are.
I feel ya on that one man. Going into this season I thought we would have atleast a top 10 defense if not better, i was wrong...

I'm glad I'm not the only victim of this. Finally got myself to unload Stevie Johnson, with Fitz throwing he simply isn't going to produce, and the Buffalo fans in my league overvalued him.
yea, i have f jackson and steve johnson on my team..however I did pick up fitz for when matt ryan has a bye week, hopfully fitz will have a half way decent game against the titans
