NEED OPINIONS ON TE SITUATION

I've been having a lot of trouble getting production from TE this season, with Jermicael Finley playing as poorly as he can it seems. I've noticed that Jason Whiten is available in the free agent pool and is projected to be much better. So my question is, should I give up on Finley and pick up Whiten, or is Finleys poor start just a mirage?

I would pick up Witten but don't drop Finley for him.
